COATMASTER 1020J2 is designed & highly qualified to get the super high gloss effect & printed surface protection by coating water base resin on the surface of printed paper, and has the strong points of operating cost effective and environmentally friendly mechanism. For the reason of the strong points, confectionery, cosmetic industries are using this machinery system as a packaging solution.

The existing system. which makes roller heat up by letting bolier generate steam, has given a lot of big burden on the owner of it due to high initial investment, high maintenace cost for big size bolier, long operating time & high cost.
Also, maintaining & controlling the existing over-coating system and quality control are mainly depending on operating know-how & experience of perator.

Under the realistic consideration on the above-mentioned phenomenon, GMP designed COATMASTER-1020J2 to have the multiple automatic function in it.

The super strong merits of PS base coating with using COATMASTER 1020J2 are that this machine can carry out super higher glossy of coating, compared to heneral type of laminating film, by coating water base PS resin or acrylic resin on paper and drying it, again by getting the coated paper through the super high glossy induction heating roller, and this machine can perform high speed production of consistent high glossy finish by precise control of roller temperature.
